  • Technical error monitoring via Sentry in a restricted mode to maintain service reliability and diagnose failures.
  • Usage analytics via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights only after your consent for traffic and performance measurement.

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for processing required to respond to requests and perform pre-contractual steps.
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interests in maintaining security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
  • Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR where processing is required to comply with legal obligations.
  • Optional analytics and performance measurement are processed only based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Recipients and processors

  • Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel.
  • Email delivery for contact submissions: Resend.
  • Bot detection on the contact form: Vercel BotID.
  • Technical error monitoring: Sentry (restricted mode without Session Replay).
  • Usage analytics and performance measurement: Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.
  • If providers outside the EU/EEA are used, transfers are protected with appropriate safeguards (for example EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Retention periods

  • Contact requests are retained only as long as required to handle the request, follow-up, and applicable legal retention obligations.
  • Technical logs are generally retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized unless security incidents require longer storage.
